About the role

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious equipment finance specialist at a growth inflection point.  You will be a senior dealmaker helping to deploy €150-€200m p.a. into equipment finance over the next five years, using our differentiated mix of products, ranging from traditional CAPEX financing and sale-and-lease back structures to our unique Pay-per-Use offering. If you have a proven record of closing sizeable financing deals across industries and want your work to move the needle, this role is for you. This high‑impact individual‑contributor position reports directly to the co‑CEO.

Your Accountabilities

  • Own the debt advisor ecosystem: Lead coverage of key debt advisory firms and partners — map priority teams, win trusted‑advisor status and turn them into repeat introducers of financeable mandates.

  • Advisor enablement: Equip debt advisory teams with concise financing options, case studies and process clarity so Linxfour is the first call for equipment and Pay‑per‑Use structures on their mandates.

  • Advisor-led pipeline: Build a rolling pipeline of adviser‑originated opportunities, prioritising mandates where equipment finance and usage‑based structures are critical to the overall funding package.

  • Deal Execution: Lead complex, multi stakeholder transactions from first discussion to funding — align debt advisers, lenders, clients and credit, negotiate terms and close as part of the wider financing package.

  • Structure‑enhancing solutions: Position Pay‑per‑Use and leasing as tools that improve structure and sizing of debt packages — turning CAPEX and utilisation risk into flexible, covenant‑friendly financing for mandates.

  • Leadership: Strengthen Linxfour’s presence with the advisory community — bring credibility with senior debt advisers, share market insight on lenders and structures, and help embed a high‑conversion sales culture.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors

  • Industry Expertise: 10+ years in debt advisory, leveraged finance, asset‑based lending or leasing, structuring equipment‑heavy deals and navigating lender requirements, credit, risk and documentation.

  • Advisor coverage: Established relationships with mid market and boutique debt advisory firms, and a track record of converting advisers into recurring sources of well qualified, financeable mandates.

  • Board-level Communication & Negotiation: Strong presence with advisory partners, lenders and CFOs — able to discuss structures, pricing and documentation in detail while keeping processes moving and decisions clear. Comfortable running deals across Europe – different legal systems, cultures and decision styles don’t slow you down.

  • Dealmaker mindset: You drive processes from short‑list to closing, insist on clear next steps with advisers and lenders, and know your upside comes from mandates that sign, fund and perform.

  • Data‑driven and disciplined: Methodical in advisor coverage, CRM and funnel management — every adviser, mandate, lender process and decision is tracked so relationships deepen and no executable opportunity is missed.
