Your responsibilities

• Write, review and refactor high-quality production code

• Take ownership for your work, the existing technology estate and feel a deep commitment to drive change, innovation and improvement as a team

• Assess architectural patterns based on functional and non-functional requirements

Your profile

• You comfortably write production code in JavaScript (Vue.JS) and PHP (Laravel)

• Know how to use Git as a DVCS

• Can write automated tests in Postman and Selenium

• Adopt fundamentals like OOP, SOLID principles and TDD / BDD / ATDD

• Have experience working in Agile teams performing rapid, iterative development

• Are comfortable in a small team, working directly with end users and stakeholders

• Work as part of the team, debate architecture & implementation, review code and collaborate closely with our front-end and back-end developers

• Demonstrate initiative and independence to solve problems

• Approach software engineering with a mindset of doing things the right way

• Own mistakes, work with colleagues to learn from them and make improvements

  Bonus skills:

• Using Gitlab as a CI / CD pipeline

• Confident coding in SQL and / or Python

• Docker / Containerization and Linux-based infrastructure management

Your benefits

• A minimum annual salary of EUR 45.000 gross for employment in Austria.  Actual salary depends on qualifications, experience and the employment jurisdiction.
