About the role
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious equipment finance specialist at a growth inflection point. You will be a senior dealmaker helping to deploy €150 - €200m p.a. into equipment finance over the next five years, using our differentiated mix of products, ranging from traditional CAPEX financing and sale - and- lease back structures to our unique Pay-per-Use offering. If you have a proven record of closing sizeable financing deals across industries and want your work to move the needle, this role is for you. This high‑impact individual‑contributor position reports directly to the co‑CEO.
Your Accountabilities
Own the broker channel: Own our European broker channel – identify ideal partners, build collaborative
partnerships, win mindshare, and turn them into repeat deal‑sourcing partners.
Broker enablement: Equip brokers with sharp, simple sales tools and keep deals clean: timelines, data packs, economics and approvals all under control.
Qualified Deal Pipeline: Build a constantly moving pipeline of brokered opportunities and keep it full of qualified deals that can actually close.
Deal Execution: Close complex, multi‑stakeholder transactions. Drive deals from teaser to signing – lead terms discussions, handle objections and orchestrate stakeholders until contracts are signed and funded.
Champion Linxfour’s Pay‑per‑ Use model: Sell the Pay‑per‑Use story in the C‑suite – turn CAPEX pain and utilisation risk into compelling, balance‑sheet‑friendly financing proposals.
Leadership: Strengthen the Sales organisation – bring resilience and authority, support training and development of internal sales staff and OEM partners and help shape a consistently high‑performing team.
Your Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
Industry Expertise: 10+ years in asset - based finance or leasing, structuring complex equipment deals and navigating credit, risk and documentation.
Broker‑channel Operator: Deep, current network of independent leasing brokers and a track record of turning them into high‑volume originators.
Communication & Negotiation: C‑level sales gravitas : able to talk balance sheet, cash flow and equipment utilisation in the same sentence – and get straight to decisions and next steps . Comfortable running parallel deal processes across Europe – different legal systems, cultures and decision styles don’t slow you down.
Dealmaker mindset: You push deals forward, insist on clear next steps and understand that commissions are a result of disciplined origination, sharp structuring and consistent follow‑through.
Data‑ driven and organised: Disciplined in CRM and funnel management – every opportunity, contact and decision gets logged , so no executable opportunity is missed.
